Horrible experience.! My mom noticed bites around 4 am and seen a bed bug and immediately called requested assistance but wasn't able to do anything till 7. We was offered another room but at this point we didn't feel comfortable trying out and risking possibility of spreading it. So we sprayed everything down and packed and waited in car until 7 when a manger was able to talk with us. When speaking with manger we was able to get refunded for every other night except for this night we stayed which was only $20 for $182 night. After understanding it was a special night that was more they still thought $20 was enough to compensate for such an horrible experience. After traveling and not getting any sleep and waking at 4am and being uncomfortable and having to find somewhere else to go and not being able to get comfortable, take a shower or get another room till 2 or 3 for check in at another hotel I feel we should have at least got half. Just very disappointed.!!!! They said they was gonna challenge this review as false but we have pics of bites to prove just gotta figure out how to load them. Couldn't get pics of the bugs because after turning the light on we lost it.

Had a 2 night stay here. Nice Hotel and quiet. Angela and Kaley in front desk are awesome and very accommodating. I appreciate the stay!!

We didn't have room service. Room served our purpose and had renovated bathroom which was good because there was tornado warnings and severe t-storms with on top of hotel! Being from New Hampshire it was nerve racking being in Dollar General and hearing siren go off! We got on highway and pushed pedal to the metal and made it to hotel 5 minutes before bell broke out! First night of vacay.!

Positive: Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Hot water for shower. Micro frig in room. Clean. Description matched actual. There was coffee available in lobby and continental breakfast in morning at time listed. Negative: Liked this hotel, minor negative was that the volume on TV for some channels was so low you could not hear the program. I would stay here again.
