Both option are good ,we personally like paver for some reason Concrete driveway have to be at least 6” thickness -reinforced with wiremesh and rebar And than we give 6 year warranty Paver in driveway looks more beautiful,and usually we suggest 6” by 9” to lay out --4inch base gravel and 1 1/2 concrete sand for leveling And polymeric sand for finish the grass and weeds doesn’t come out We will give you 8 year warranty
