I really hope to see a play land in the Chick-fil-A they are building. I have no problem with the staff, they always seem helpful and happy, but whoever runs this restaurant really needs to make a bigger effort towards hospitality again. It’s frustrating and sad, my family has loved Chick-fil-A for years, but it’s not what it used to be. Chick-fil-A was always known for their kindness, prompt service, hospitality and having a decent play ground. PLEASE let the kids play. As a young mom in a small town I cannot emphasize how much not having something as simple as a nice clean fast food restaurant with a playland affects our family. Sometimes people just need to enjoy a lunch that they didn’t have to cook or clean up after while the kids play. The drive thru is almost always crowded and I am constantly having to go back for missed items in my order. I asked for the chicken on my salad to be put on the side and didn’t get any, they’ve left out my kale salad 2-3 times and today they charged me for the extra lettuce I asked for, but didn’t give me extra.
