I've lived here twice (2007-2012) and (2014 - present), same apartment. In all these years, this complex has gotten worse with tenants who simply don't care about anyone or anything. Once such upstair's neighbor was such a problem (noise), I went and confronted him ten times and had to call the police on six different occasions. To say it was emotionally draining is an understatement!!!! Management here refuses to address certain problems which continue causing ripple effects with long time residents. Currently, I'm trying to find something better that's not an apartment, hoping the right place is out there.

Do NOT live on the first floor. It may seem convenient but it's not. The ceilings are pathetically thin and not AT ALL sound proofed. You will hear EVERY single thing your upstairs neighbor does, from walking, running water, even talking on the phone or watching TV if you're quiet enough. It will drive you insane for the length of your lease. Not worth it.
