They will never get my business again nor my boyfriend’s. After Donal Poe Sr called my loan company pretending I was there to purchase an item (which I wasnt present nor gave permission to do this!) to see how much I owe on my bike. I put my name solo on the loan for an ex-bf (which I regret that poor & very stupid decision!!) All because that ex still works for them and Donald done him a favor getting involved in something he never should had. I will drive to California or Washington state before I do business with Hillbillies again!!! How did I know what Donald done, the ex said he checked on it. So I called the loan agency up and Donald provided his license number to them to lie I wanted to know what’s left on the loan!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Even when the Dealer knew that I was probably going to get shopping elsewhere (because I am in search of a specific and hard to find bike) he sat and helped me locate places that may have it. He was also very polite and personable. I highly recommend dealing with this location. I only wish they had the bike I am in search of.
