Ordered something on line. Used same address for packages for 8 years. Timeline showed me package was delivered. Mailbox was checked there was no package. Called the post office was told they looked on satellite and seen package was delivered. Not sure where it went to bit I didn't get it. I was told to call the company I ordered my package from tell them I didn't receive it get them to send me another one. How is that fair to company I ordered from.
