The workers are nice. The pharmacy people are nice, but you can tell they are overworked. I think the pharmacy is understaffed as well.

Since when did the pharmacy decide to close from 1:30 to 2:00? When asked why the pharmacy was closed when I came to pick up my prescription I was told they were at lunch and would be back at 2p. Don’t they stagger their lunches like the other stores? Maybe should hire more people. Then my husband went 2 days later to pick up said same prescription for me. Sat in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes when it was his turn, they closed the pharmacy AGAIN! told him computers were down from 1:30 to 2 that he would need to come back. I then started getting phone calls telling me not to forget my prescription. Oh my!!! We will be pulling our prescription from them and moving onto another pharmacy.

Pharmacy has great staff but management needs to be replaced, the wait times are ridiculous.

The wait time is getting ridiculous. You can tell the pharmacy department is under pressure because they don't have enough help, and they are a bit grumpy. CVS take care of your customers and get more help.
