To start our vet experience has been fantastic, we had our German Shepherd spayed there and everyone was great and everything went fine. However, we boarded our dog there and they charge extra for play time.... it's $12 for a 15 minute play session. We've boarded at plenty of other places and have never had to pay extra for play time. That is the most ridiculous thing to charge extra for and we will not be boarding here again.

Been coming here for 8 years always professional and nice and would work pups in on busy days. Last week was the most unprofessional appointment I’ve ever been apart of. The vet just because she recommended an option got hasty and told us since we didn’t take her professional advice without even asking a college’s opinion told me that she would get my pups records ready to be picked up and they would not see our pups anymore. Didn’t even take pups oxygen level but suggested take her to Blue Pearl to be put in oxygen tent. They treat this pup every year for allergies and took pup to another veterinarian did exam on her gave her allergy shot and pills 2 days later back to normal
