Update 6/13/22 Unfortunately I have to take some stars away. I have been getting my hair braided by Katie since 2018. I was called 30 min before my appt to notify me that it would have to r/s. I asked could my aoot be switched later that day. I was told that I would get notification...that did not happen. When I consulted back with the my braider I was ignored twice. This was very disappointing and I felt the customer service was very poor. After reviewing the other reviews...I decided to take my business elsewhere.
