Over the phone customer service is shot. They messed up my delivery and then told me it would be here the next day(sat), then I called on Saturday and they said I won’t get it till Tuesday. Probably the worst service you can get.

I’ve been to this location 5-10 times, and I’ve never had issues with shipping - but I invariably wait in line for a long time because there’s only one person working the counter and no one else to help them out, answer the phone, etc. More staff at peak times would be really helpful.
