Not bad at all in and out in 40 minutes but their locations is the worst you may have an accident while your coming very narrow roads coming to this place .

For all drivers who respect their time and destiny Avoid this place You could spend there 7 hours but do not get a detention fees They put on POD time in just when you get to the dock So literally no detention from broker as due to your ppw your in time comes just when you get a dock and they start working I arrived 9.52am What they put on POD 14.20 when they start unloading and out time 15.51 when they done So basically the are good But broker pays detention based on official time in and time out Be safe guys and avoid places who doing bussiness like this one. America built on truck and they do not pay our money and waste our time. We don't deserve to be treated like this

The #4 paper mill (or also know as the Liner Mill) has a shipping warehouse and a receiving warehouse. The receiving warehouse is right next the outdoor recycled paper storage area called the OCC. The shipping warehouse is located closer to the entrance of the compound on the end of the building.
The plant in Big Island is 24/7 shipping and receiving
