My son is a patient of Dr. Tucker. The staff are so pleasant, patient and professional. They have listened to my questions and concerns with a caring attitude , I have never felt rushed. This is True reflection of Dr. Tucker, he has a warm kind approachable attitude. Dr Tucker explained in great detail what our options were for my son’s orthodontic work. He Patiently listened to us and showed he cared. Each visit is always great, we are very pleased with this office.

Dr. Tucker is the kindest, most Committed, and dedicated orthodontist you can find. I was one of his very first patients, when he opened, and recently had to go back after losing my retainer and having minor shifting. He is so passionate about your teeth and your happiness with them. He truly cares, and is so down to earth. He will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Prices are extremely reasonable. No doubt I will always go to him, and take my kids to him when they are old enough to get braces. He is the absolute best!

While I would love to give them a better star rating I SIMPLY CAN NOT. I had been going for a planned 24 month service that ended at 10 months because I did not agree with the way that they handled the financial arrangements . Apparantly their billing employees became impatient with the process of insurance and started to threaten me with paying the portion that my benefits should cover . I even went as far as calling my insurance company to get some answer for them . Went to an adjustment appointment and instead of getting my braces adjusted the lady I believe is married to the actual orthodontist pulls me into a room to discuss insurance again . I'm looking at her holding my Aetna insurance card in my hand and still I'm getting threats about if the insurance doesn't move as fast as they'd like I'll be responsible . ABSOLUTLEY NOT. They are also out of network with NC so please use this information wisely it DOES make a difference. They had always been pushy about the financial aspect which I get it. Gotta get paid . But how is it in my control with how quickly insurance does their part . They sent the claim the next year instead of at the initial treatment . Totally wouldn't recommend going here unless you can afford to just pay for your braces all at once that is what they prefer, Which unfortunately that wasn't an option for me that is why I have insurance to keep from having to do that .

It is a great experience to meet with Dr.Tucker and his team! Dr.Tucker is very knowledgeable and super nice to my kids. I have nothing but high praise for his team!

Great question Traci! We have multiple plans in place to keep things running even with hiccups like power or internet outages. We know our patients are busy we want to keep things running as smoothly for them as we can.
Good question, and thank you for asking. We do accept most insurances, however at this time we are not currently in network with Medicaid. In addition to accepting most insurances, we also offer to let our patients pay for their treatment over time by breaking up the payments throughout the course of their care.
