The community should renovate the amenities. Bugs roaches are flying everywhere by mail boxes and doors , car wash stays broken no vacuum , the trash takes over “maybe why the roaches are getting bigger “ we as tenants was charged more for trash but it’s always broken or overfilled . The gate is rarely fixed leaving less parking for actual tenants . The pool have troubles and always filled with kids which is fine but they should at least make a kids area alone . I truly believe as stern as the new management is they should get right on the renovations and to keep it up to par or letting the upper team know it’s work that can be done to ensure a pleasant living experience overall . All the amenities are either basic or broken . I loved the area Gwinnett is great , just renovate if you going to raise prices !
