RUNNNNNN!!! SCAMMMERRRSSSSSS!!!! They are collecting application fees and, with no intentions to give potential renters a place. They go weeks without reviewing applicants so they can keep collecting the $60 application fee. They keep the property on their site. The lady who answers the phone has an attitude. Please read all the negative reviews and believe them.

VMBO Renter beware. Emerald Home Rental. The place was Filthy, uncleanliness of the home for a BNB The place wasn’t clean at all. The floors were dirty and needed a good clean mopping that I ended up cleaning. The stovetop was the same when I cleaned with a Clorox wipe, it came out black from black residue from another renter. When trying to open the windows for fresh air, windowsills we’re full of dirt that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The experience was bad and I would give only 1 stars cause that’s the lowest rating available. I’ve stayed in many Vmbo locations for vacation and I would have to say this was the worst time I’ve ever had. When posting a negative review on VMBO the renter wrote a negative review about us which shows VMBO protect atheist rental person more then the guest. Never again to both Emerald and VMBO 🤮🤢
