My 2 years of experience here was horrible. I’ve been dealing with roaches the entire time and the managers expect you to be fine with it and half the time they don’t even know what they are talking about. They left roach traps in my house to examine the roaches. There has been dead roaches in the traps for over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten an answer. They are clearly ok with neighbors disturbing the peace because I’ve made many complaints and nothing never happened. Your neighbor can be playing loud music, stomping on floors, or whatever and the managers literally don’t care!!! If you move here be ready to take on roaches and loud neighbors into your own hands because they will definitely give you a run around until it’s your time to move.

No they do not.
No they are not they do have a flex payment plan that allow you to break down the payment into smaller payments for monthly rent but they charge a fee for this.

They use are income as a way of determining if you can afford to rent the apartment you are asking for.
Please call corporate to report incidents such as this.
You have to call them directly to find out pricing. I also recommended reading the reviews on the apartment before moving in.
It's better to just go in because you can be put on hold and no one ever gets back to you.

There is no second chance program that I know of here. You can call the main office at 10 am when they open.

The customer service folks will answer then put you on hold or they are on the other line. That leasing office only ever has two people on staff. Usually one answering phones and the other showing apartments. The manager never takes calls.
