I know the wings are fried in oil but whether I took a bite of a wing or tender my mouth was drenched in oil. The plate even had oil flooding in the corners. Couldn’t enjoy the food. Usually no complains but today 6/20 around 6pm was something else. Service is always friendly 👍

I just went to this location about 2 hours ago, 9:30ish on 3-24-22. About halfway through my meal I noticed an odd looking wing. Thought it just had alot of sauce and maybe skin clumped together on it but nope. This wing literally still has feathers stuck into the skin. After seeing that, I lost my appetite and was kinda disgusted. So I'm currently on "hold" rn after talking to an employee. I'm pretty sure theyre just gonna ignore my call and hope it goes away. Literally just want a refund or idk maybe another meal.

I called 30 times they refuse to answer when I know its not busy (I was outside the store) and they said they never got my order or made it wrong also seen workers take phone off hook so it wouldn't ring and playing around in the back food was being played with and more then 3 health violatins including not using gloves while food is being prepared and workers coughing and sneezing while preparing food will never come back here again!!!!

This is by far the most impressive experience I’ve had with WingStop in a very long time. I went in after having a bad day at work and the customer service alone changed that all the way around. When I went in the young lady in the front was very informative and patient.. she gave me suggestions and was very personable. I believe she was the manager because her shirt was different from the rest. After cashing me out she went to the back and helped the team prepare my order and when providing my order to me she smiled and wished me a good day using my name. It was a very welcoming and ensuring experience. This location was very clean and smelled great! I will definitely be back at this location as a new regular. Whatever management is doing differently here must be taught at all locations because this visit was definitely one for the books!
