Literally horrible don’t believe the 4.0 rating it’s a lie if something is broken you can go to the Apt ten thousand times no one will fix it structural issues roach and rat infested. Pleaseee do not move here for your own sanity.

would give a 0 rating if possible would not wish clarkston station apartments on my worst enemy beyond terrible. Poor management, terrible staff, bad apartment overall.

The same thing happened with me when I first moved in … Take your lease to the post office and they’ll charge you $25 to come and change the locks on your mailbox and give you 3 keys. They’ll also give the mail person heads up to give you your mail.
