Hello Mr. Sayeed, Once again we apologize for the fried chicken and as per our conversation we would like you to come back for a remake of your order as well as one free shawarma sandwich for the inconvenience. As for the cooks not wearing a mask.. per Ohio health department guidelines the cooks in the kitchen are not required to wear a mask. Both the cook and the owner were behind the grill and do not have to wear one. Otherwise, all of our staff wear a mask according to Ohio health department regulations.
