Very rude just tried to order the kids toys and food and was told I had to come in for the toys tried to go ahead and order my food, at least and was turned away. Then my order was wrong.

Have to be careful what time of day you go to any McDonald's. Especially this one. Rush hours things are made fresh, but you may wait a little longer. This McDonald's seems to be a little better when management is around. If you are not satisfied with service though, be sure and complain. If its not to your satisfaction take it higher. Too many complaints and the corporation will step in. They have taken franchises away from owners. This location better get their act together. Take it from someone whos worked for corporate before.

McDonald's scheduling has long been like that. If you work there full time, never expect to be let off right at your scheduled time. If the store is in disarray and continues to be that way, it won't stay privately owned if there are too many complaints. The Corporation will take it over. I've worked for them and have seen it happen.
I have never seen that done at ANY McDonald's, really.
