I wanted to love it but just couldn’t quite get there! I ordered the vegan Belgian waffle with strawberries and blueberries and it was quite disappointing! The Belgian waffle was very bland! My partner ordered a vegan burrito to get a burrito with actual bacon in it! The employees were extremely apologetic about it but still was frustrating! Overall I’d come back and only shop at the store! The employees were all super nice I just can’t bring myself to eat there again!

Love the coffee and staff but the systems are a 0/5. They can’t handle capacity. When it’s busy you’ll wait 10-15 minutes for a coffee. They need to seriously rethink the entire process behind the counter. One suggestion to help is upgrading to a bigger espresso machine. Another is to create a separate coffee line so coffee orders don’t get held up because of food and smoothie orders. Hope ownership / mgmt take this feedback seriously… it will only help them. Again.. love this place but can’t give it 5/5 because of this

The food and menu are great but the service takes too long. I’d come more often but wait over 20 minutes for simple orders (sandwiches, coffee, etc).
