The company you are trying to reach is La Pura Skin Care, not my company, LA PURA BELLA Skin Care. Easy mistake. I am not affiliated with that company in anyway they are located in Florida I am located in Ohio and do not do monthly shipments of any kind nor do I carry a product with that name. Their name comes up close to nine on the web because the names are similar please check the website and I do hope that you get your situation taken care of I am just seeing this for the first time today.
