Ohio's Standard Domestic Relations and Juvenile forms can be found on the Supreme Court of Ohio's website https://www.sconet.state.oh.us/JCS/CFC/DRForms/. If the parties had a previous divorce involving the children they would file in Domestic Court, if they are unmarried they would file in Juvenile Court. We do not have the e-filing at this time, custody pleadings would have to be filed in person or through the mail with the $150 deposit.
