Terrible costumer service. I had a giftcard bought for me when my son was in the nicu. Life finally settled down and I was able to book an appointment. The schedule is very busy here so it took me a couple months to finally get in. The morning of my husband got stuck at work in the hospital. My friend and I left with my son for the appointment. Once there we were greeted very rudely by the lady at the front desk. Saying “no kids, your mom knows this” with an eye roll. I understand companies have rules, it was a misunderstanding on my part but the way I was spoken too was out of line. I also don’t understand how/why the comment about my mom was made she wasn’t even there nor did she make the appointment. My son is an infant and doesn’t even crawl, nor would he understand any conversation being had he would of stayed sleeping in his stroller. Additionally, they only take around two clients at a time so it most likely would of been just me and my friend in the salon. I understand companies have rules but we could of been spoken too nicer and not in that aggressive of a matter. I than asked if we could take turns sitting in the lobby with him and I was told we only had one appointment? I had even called earlier in the week to clarify so I don’t understand how all of a sudden there was a scheduling mistake. Will not be returning ever. I’m sure they are happy they will never have to provide service for a 150 dollar giftcard.

So I came in today to change up my place from where I usually get my nails done but I wanted to get a fill and I know some places it’s hard to walk ins but it didn’t look busy the receptionist with black hair with glasses that was working today was very rude! I asked if there was any open spots coming up and she said no and then asked what service I was getting getting a fill and she said we don’t do acrylic ? What nail shop doesn’t do acrylic anyway? I’ve been wanting to come here for a while cause it sounded like a fun place I could go to get my nails done but I honestly won’t come back and honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Stay Polished is an amazing shop. My nails have never looked better. They are professional, yet fun which makes it a great experience! I would highly recommend. Great Strawberry Daiquiri’s!
