Dont send your loved ones there for skilled nursing .they dont care about patients they have no compassion for patients would not trust them to take care of a hamster let a lone ahuman you love you love .let them lay in urine fecies from 8 pm to 8am no management . On sitec .what a joke .if someone is a fall risk .you better be there they dont care.all they care about is cash no supplies on hand not enough help to resident per patient .who knows what is going on at night .shame on them shame and on their institution one day i hope when they are old they end up in a nursing facility worse than theirs and are treated worse . God has calling fir them .stay away from here

Staff are great. Kitchen people are the pits. They hardly ever ask my dad what he wants for his meals. He gets no deserts, drinks and he is sick of mashed potatoes. When they come in to get his trays they ask him if he is done. Don't ask him he has dementia. Ask me!

I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews for any business, but we had a HORRIBLE experience here and I feel compelled to let others know before sending someone they love here. My mother-in-laws first day there she was greeted by a rude nurses aide. Later she heard the aide complaining about her in the hallway. Then she was ignored by staff and went over four days without a shower or even sponge bath. My husband and I had to call and talk to management frequently to get her the care she needed. Their response was "We didn't know". Which brings me to the worst part... the communication between staff. We were told one thing, and my mother-in-law was told another. This happened every single day. I got the impression that the staff/her aide didn't want to their job. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the care that she received. I will never send anyone I love or care about here again.
