Got behind one of their company vehicles and they had their cell phone up and in front of their face while driving down the road. Almost hit a lady in the parking lot. Never stopped messing on the phone. Literally could see them scrolling thru the screens on their phone.

In my experience, extremely poor management (particularly the middle management). I was forced to write a letter to Keith Wayne – which he did not respond to. Legitimate concerns were ignored. I do not recommend Wayne Brothers for employment.
