I had a wonderful time at extended stay america. Justin and Alisha were a big help on the hospitality end. Our first day i knew we were in good hands as long as we were at this particular hotel. The front desk clerk, Justin, was friendly, professional, and handled the check in process with such ease. It was an exceptional first experience for many of my employees that just transferred from a different motel with not great service. Thank you, Justin, for handling your tasks with such a high standard, it was refreshing, to say the least. I hope the rest of the stay for my employees is as great as the first impression. Lobby was clean and welcoming, smelled good and was calm. Thank you for such good service, it was a pleasant surprise!

The front desk staff all of them day and night are all so kind. I love the location close to freeways and shopping. But again I believe the front desk staff either makes the stay or breaks it for the entire hotel and future stays. This staff are again Excellent and would recommend this hotel over any other extended stay in the valley

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. I went there with my kids, we arrived at midnight to a hotel smelling so bad of weed through the whole place, the lobby, the hallways, the elevator and our room. I would’ve checked out right then but it was midnight after a long drive and we were tired. We got to our room, and my kids found pills laying on the counter, which makes me question if they even cleaned the room. There was makeup or something on the towels. The toilet wouldnt flush. Cabinets were broken. Before getting to my room (at midnight) my keys didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs and the lobby guy was offended that i said my keys didn’t work. The next day, they wouldn’t transfer me to another hotel, so I had my kids stay somewhere else, while I went back to pack up our things. No one was ever at the front desk, so I could see if they can move me to another hotel. All my stuff smells so bad. Sketchy people were in front of the hotel all hours of the night, making scary for a single person or mom with kids to go out there. It was an awful experience. This place should be shut down.
