Honestly, I’ve had such a good experience here. From sales to service to the finance department. Everyone has just been so nice and knowledgeable. The ONLY reason I don’t want to give 5 stars is because they don’t have a changing table for younger children/babies but other then that everybody was amazing. Len was great with us and helping us get into what we need and wanted in our new vehicle! I don’t remember the wonderful lady in the finance department who finished up our paper work but she was amazing and Brian in the service department has been wonderful as well. All around great experience for my fiancé and I buying our first car from a dealership or somewhere other then the car auction. Everyone we met here was so wonderful and straight forward and helpful. I would recommend going here!! ❤️

After a horrific experience at Hart Kia, Lynchburg took care of me. They got me in and out with no issues. Car runs better than when i bought it. Thanks to Stephany for making it easy and shoutout to the mechanic who did the work. Will come back here if i need work done for sure.
