Unreasonable policies and extremely slow resident services. The amenities such as the gym and pool are poorly maintained as well. The gym and the yoga room are disgusting and filthy.

I did enjoy my time at the apartment; however I am STILL waiting on my security deposit, it has now been 8 months. They stated it was sent, and I never received it. I asked them to submit a claim to the bank, filled out paperwork that they sent, and I have heard NOTHING. It has been 8 months and they refuse to respond to me. I have emailed them 5 times regarding a status update. By law, I should have had my security deposit 30 days after I left, and here we are.

Recently moved here for residency & I have to say that Charlotte and Josh have made this experience pleasant and much less stressful. Charlotte was incredibly responsive to my emails and phone calls. I was also able to move-in earlier than planned because my apartment was ready 1 month before my scheduled date, which I greatly appreciated since I was starting a new job. Additionally, Josh made my move-in process such a breeze & has been very helpful. Initially, I was placed on the waitlist for a garage and after a brief wait, I'm happy to say that I have secured one now! The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Location is great & the ShopRite/shopping plaza is very convenient. Additionally, the community is clean & safe. I enjoy being able to do daily walks (when I can) & being greeted by friendly people who are doing the same. If you're new to the area & are looking for a place to live but don't see the unit you want available yet - check the website frequently (that's what I did). It is worth it!
