Visited the office on a Saturday; had a scratch on my eye-ball itself. They were very kind, welcoming, and able to address my needs. There was not a long wait to see the doctor and my script was at the pharmacy shortly after my visit. Great experience. Really sweet staff all around.

My experience with Rochester Hills Urgent Care was great! From the time I walked in until I walked to my car, every interaction was friendly and professional. The entire process took about 35-40 minutes, including waiting for test results. The exam was done with great care and confidence - I was immediately put at ease with the phenomenal "bedside" manner of the medical staff. I was given excellent instructions and advice. All of my questions were answered in detail. I recommend Rochester Hills Urgent Care to anyone in the area.

I had the best experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. Front desk girl Hannah was very welcoming and answered my insurance questions. The MA Regina took me back right away, and when she drew my blood I never felt it. The provider that day was Kayla and she was so sweet and understanding answered all my questions. I would have her be my pcp if she could.

I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care. We went because it had a high rating on-line. Must have been a misprint. We were greeted at the door by a rude employee who turned out to be the nurse. “Have you been here before?! What are you doing here??” And it just kind of went downhill from there. The staff acted put-out because there was a patient there who needed to see a doctor. My daughter was near tears because the nurse was so short and rude. We stuck it out, but I wouldn’t take my daughter there again. There’s more I could share but I’ll leave it at that. Go to a different Urgent Care.
