Hi Robert, the images you are seeing on Google Maps show our Model Homes in our gated Model Park where guests can tour the Models on foot, which is why you do not see a driveway. When the Models are sold, we add the driveway paving and landscaping

The house and the land it sits on (the footprint of the building); you own completely. The rest of your lot you do not own but have exclusive use of for as long as you own the house. Other areas such as the clubhouse and public areas you have limited use which essentially means it is shared with the other owners.

I am not a resident either and I think I was quoted about $250/month and she mentioned it was pretty stable. Pretty good in my opinion n
