Don’t waste your time or money. Mold is everywhere and instead of fixing the issue they patch work. Let’s not forget they don’t change lightbulbs even though it’s considered maintenance.

Horrible place worst property management ever!! They are rude they will Leave you on hold for hours until You have to hang up just not to deal With any issues. But don’t be late I’m rent because they will be stacking fees and taking you to court I’m a heart beat!

DONT LIVE HERE! I lived at Millbridge Gardens for 3 years. The rent is never consistent. Rent always fluctuates month to month. The bugs are absolutely horrible. The people they allow the live in this complex are beyond sketchy. A person was shot 200 yards aways from the apartment I lived in. I do not recommend anyone to live there.

I have been living here for 2 and a half years. It is the best decision I have made. The property is well kept, I don't have a problem with maintenance or management. I even assisted someone to move here and they love it as well. It has schools in the area and an array of mini malls and pharmacies. Check it out and when you fill out an application, tell them I sent you!❤️

Left side of the property has the larger pool.
You have to check the property's web site as the prices change.
If you have an issue with over crowding perhaps speak to management. Each pool has a set capacity which may or may not be to your specific liking. We have 1 small pool and one large pool as you may have noticed. Each has it's own perks.
