First time at this salon and will be back! I was able to book my appointment for the same day online, and once you arrive check in is easy via your phone! The salon was very clean, and I only waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated for my nails. They gave me a water and were done in less than an hour for my SNS manicure. Love the way my nails turned out, were reasonably priced and I was able to leave a tip via venmo. Will definitely be back!

I went to do basic manicure & SNS nails. When she dipped my hand in gloves with some gel and removed them after a while my nails started to burn n change color to yellow. I choose a color for SNS nails they did not have the color. Than lady who started my manicure was sleepy feeling cold. Than my nails were dipped in some liquid gloves felt some heat which gave me terrible burning sensation felt like someone is pulling my nails apart from my skin. I controlled the pain of burn to highest level without having to scream at them. The lady doing my nails was like it’s normal once I do buffering all will be ok. My nails color changed to yellow but the manage and employee could not see the change in color. The point here was they did not want to accept they mistake of burning my nails. Sounded like I am lying about the burning and pain I had that time and still now it’s evening 5 hours now but still my nails are burning and hurting like it’s been pulled apart. The manager was so shameful she still was charging me for the pedicure and the manicure service. It’s very bad and terrible first time experience such a terrible service and they hurt my nails and I am still in pain. I have always done my nails at other nail spa but never had such problem ever. I did a mistake by visiting this place. No apology no accepting of mistake nothing so bad. Feel like filing lawsuit against them. My birthday is coming up and also my Both sons graduation party thought I will get my nails done for those event a but now will go with burnt nails. It’s next day morning and still in May even touch my nails they are broken condition can’t shape them. It’s still paining. They looked like shrinked and really badly burnt. They need to close the business. The lady who was doing my nails was not professional she also was showing me her goosh bumbs ohh I am feeling cold. Very unprofessional. The owner is greedy and not professional. Today is 5th day after visiting my nails I had to go to urgent care than to primary care physician now to dermatologist today. My nails are damaged due to chemical reaction. They was something in the gloves already where they dipped my hand into which triggered the reaction. The dermatologist advised it will take 5 to 6 months to grow back to my normal nails. I have been prescribed medication for inflammation and also antibiotics. Such a waste of time and health by visiting this nail spa. Please don’t visit here.
