Overall, experience at Terraces at Suwanee Gateway Apartments has been very good. Best place at Suwanee. Special thanks to Sharonda Robinson, Sarah Smith, Denise Huff, all Leasing Staff and all management staff for taking care. Maintenance issues are taken care of rather quickly and staff is friendly. Love this place, great neighborhood, easy for highway 85!

Oh my gosh. There is office closed all the time. You can even to find anyone to fix problems. The lady doesn’t show out after I made appointment go through closing my lease. I try to call and leave messages and nobody responded. I sent the email to manager one week ago , no one response. Now I went the office again, there is a sign for closed for 4 days for Labor Day. My lease was expired yesterday. I have no idea how poor the management here. Not worth for one star and waste my a lot time

Dessirrae Savage, one of the manger, is so disrespectful. She has such an attitude and doesn’t know to speak nicely to tenants. If her behavior keeps up like that, I believe most of the tenants will move out. Other than her the staff is good.

Don't fear the "Lease Now" button. It is not going to lease an apartment, but it will show you pricing based on lease term.
