I paid for a foot long tuna sub. The tuna was spoiled, smelled and tasted fishy. I called to tell them the tuna was bad so they don't serve it to anyone else. The girl who answered the phone said, " I'll keep that in mind" and hung up. No apologies, no "thank you for letting me know", no attempt to make a new one for me. Nothing. She just hung up on me. So, I don't recommend eating here as they do not care about the quality of food they give you.

Lettuce lady here to say that not all Jersey Mike's are equal. Tonight we went to Norterra Jersey Mike's and it was great! We were met by Haley who was friendly, fast and very knowledgeable of the menu. The other employee was washing dishes in the back and took great care to wash them thoroughly. When he needed to come out to help at the front, I watched as he stopped by the sink and scrubbed up before putting gloves on. Also, the restaurant was clean and stocked. I'm happy we found a good Jersey's to eat at.

I really enjoy a couple of their sandwiches. What really bothers me about this particular location. Is every time I go in to have lunch which is usually between 1 and 3 PM, the dining area is typically empty maybe 1 or 2 folks, but the dining tables are always dirty. I don't understand why they can't keep the dining room clean.
