I actually just seen property for either Sale or Rent not too sure, earlier today January 2nd 2021. The size of the mobile home was definitely extra wide.

Are there any places for rent, monthly, A friend needs a place to stay while taking care of her sick Grandson.. He has his own place but there is someone staying with him.. It would be by the week of Possibly a few months. Single Senior woman no pets.

Depending on how big your home is, I have a double wide 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and I pay about $550 a month but that's also includes your electric bill mines about $75-100 so figure $400-450 lot rent + electric. Hopefully this helps you. Better than a apartment by far

Best to my knowledge is they allow dogs but i believe there has to be some sort of insurance then you'll have to pay for. There was a dog attack there a few years ago so they got strict. I do see a lot of people who live there that have dogs so you should inquire at the front office

They do not allow dogs any more unless it's a service dog or if you lived here and already had a dog when they made the new rule.

Are there homes available for a 55 yr old. I want to downsize and I have been there.. Then I read the whole park was sold . I loved the house i looked at it even had a white fence... I have family in Ben Salem and I would like to be there! Any suggestions?!
