Worst office and staff and Dr's ever. Warner doesn't listen, talks over you, when he was in the office he was always yelling at his staff. The staff is awful there. They are rude and don't follow up with anything. Cancel appointments and not tell me until I'm there. Always screwing up prescription refills. No doctors are even in the building. They all do it over the computer. And Dr. Warner hasn't been there since covid. He was originally doctor and I've 3 new ones without even being told Update! I can assure you dr. Warner I was a patient. I also don't go amd just put negative reviews on places. Negative reviews get what they get. I also have alot of positive ones of you'd like to keep scrolling down. And I would love to actually speak to my original Dr who was randy Warner. But like i said. He hasn't been in the office since conivid. Can't email anyone I'm the office. I've tried. And the staff there is incompetent amd rude! Just like the owner Dr. Randy's Warner.

Started out great then things changed. I saw several different therapists. I made new appointment and was told I would probably be seeing yet another new therapist. My medication for depression was covered by my insurance for 2- 30day supplies only. My insurance will cover maintenance medications in 90 day supplies only. I was told over the phone to use good rx or go without my wellbutrin and lexapro. The doctor was no longer prescribing 90 day supplies on maintenance medications. I asked to leave a message for the doctor to call me but was told they were looking for him. He could not be found. I'm not drug seeking and resent being made to feel so. I went for mental health care and now I feel I am moving backwards. It's hard enough to trust this office for help and now I have no medicine for my depression. I just don't want to leave my house anymore.

Questions & Answers

Why does this practice go through practitioners who are licensed in mental health care? It's very disheartening having to go through the past over and over again.

Typically we have our practitioners for years. The pandemic has caused drastic changes in the way healthcare is provided and often they choose to work for online providers instead of in person. Also , reimbursement rates have gone flat or decreased in many instances and we are not a community or government funded facility and salaries have gone higher and higher and a practice has to be sustainable. The practitioners are not there to be primary therapists and are extension of the psychiatrist which is more diagnostic, medication management, etc. Generally in the community setting licensed therapists are the providers to deal with past experiences. The patients have to be wiling to see the therapists weekly and put in the work, cost, inconvenience and/or expense for psychotherapy. Not an every 1 to 2 month followup wihich is more medication management, chart review , ordering labs, etc as with any other medical specialty.

I was wondering how much does this psychatrist charge? Because I have no insurance. From looking at the reviews. He the only psychiatrist to comment on the reviews. And answer the complaints if any.

Typically psychiatrists in Atlanta charge 300- 400 dollars for a new visit and about 125-150 for a followup. I can reduce that amount especially in the initial significantly. Just inform the staff that you had a question on our link and that I was willing to offer you a discounted rate as a self pay patient.
