Slow! 4 people sitting at the window, you pick a number to be seen and no one is saying anything! They pick 1 number every 30 minutes. Seriously. With 4 people at the window!

This place is so slow with multiple people as the window and only calling one person at a time. Only 7 people in the waiting room and I've been waiting an hour. Yall need a new process. You should have to waiting to go to the window to tell them what we need for them to send you somewhere else In the building....

Every time I come to the WIC office it’s about a2 hour wait. And the waiting room isn’t even full/busy.

The staff was so helpful and professional. The NP was very considerate and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. She really put my mind and heart at rest about a particular issue.

Things may have changed by now...but in my experience...no...you have to show ID in order to get it at the office
Yes
They make appointments a week in advance. Call early in the morning to ensure you get a spot
They do pap smears and STD testing! It's not costly and if you can't pay upfront they have payment plans available. Appointments are made a week in advance so call early to make sure you get a spot.
If the child has had her shots in GA we should be able to pull the record from the GA Registry. If the child's immunizations are up to date, a copy of the record will be $10. Nothing else will be required to be brought to us.

Hi Marlene. Currently the only WIC location in Newton County is at the Health Department.
Unfortunately, our dental program is only for children 18 and under.
Hi Jason and Cat, please call the WIC office to receive guidance on this particular issue. They should be able to help you.
