People are so kind at this place. They help people however and whenever they can. They never send people away regardless of the circumstances. They have references if they cannot offer services at the time, they pray with you, help you, care for you. Truly an outstanding group of people that just want to help and give back to the community. Very Jesus driven!

We stopped in for a quick road trip change and The service was phenomenal. Kyle was our expert. He was kind, professional, educated, and took much pride in his job. He even treated our 5 kiddos with a treat. Great job and keep it up Kyle!

Disgusting the way this service treats people!!! They discriminated against my daughter because she has an insurance they do not accept! What difference should it make? They refused to see her , even after she offered to pay cash ! Christian based service? She's suffering from post partum depression and was treated like a number.

Yes!
Hi Stacy. It would be the same as our regular counseling sessions. I encourage you to call our office to discuss. The number is 615-904-7170. Thank you!
Hello, Connie. Two of our counselors in the Murfreesboro office accept some form of BCBS, depending on the program you are on. It would be best to call our office for complete details. Thank you for your interest. You may call 615-904-7170.
No. We have state licensed counselors, pastoral counselors, and a PA-C that prescribes and manages mental health meds.
Robin, I am sorry. We do not. We do offer a sliding scale for families with financial concerns that makes Branches very accessible.
Hello, Melissa. Thank you for your question. I'm sorry, I don't know of a psychologist that makes house calls to shut ins. However, here are some resources that may lead you to what you are looking for. https://www.tn.gov/aging/resources/community-resource-guide/tn-in-home-care.html https://www.tn.gov/aging.html https://thehelpinghome.com/tennessee-senior-assistance-programs/ I hope this is helpful to you in some way. Hello! Thanks for your inquiry. If you are referring to Employee Assistance Programs, yes, we have worked with them before. It would be set up between your employer and Branches and we would follow the program per their instructions. Let me know if you have other questions! Thank you, Molli Craddock
