My whole experience at the buffet county animal shelter was actually really good very friendly people that work there the dogs are very well taken care of cats were very well taken care of I ended up adopting a dog named Bruno from them and he came home with me that day and he is adjusted very well and become part of our family

They turn me the victim into a suspect. I will be posting pictures. They are covering for the lying animal control officer that came out. Claimed I had a gun and was pointing it at people. I called the sheriff they came out and patted me down in my front yard. Refused my complaint and treated me as the suspect with a gun. Multiple neighbors out in their yards trying to make complaints about the dogs trying to attack their children. Animal control claimed I was the aggressor. This place just needs to be CLOSED permanently. At the very least needs new staff.

Most of the time it means it's been rescued outta a bad situation and is up for adoption. They are pretty good at keeping everything updated to show which animals are needing homes
The shelter accepts and appreciates all donations.
Only after a 2 to 3 week waiting period. Or so they told me when I called to have a stray picked up from my house.
