On Sunday my dog and I were headed to the beach when my tire indicator light came on. Thankfully Mavis Tire was nearby and OPEN! I went in and Cody was very helpful, really the whole staff was great. They were even fine with me bringing my dog inside and giving her pets. My tire was fixed quickly. Thank you guys so much, my Sunday beach day was saved!!!

Store manager Chase and his team did an excellent job saving the day. I was fixing to drive from the Foley area to Durham NC when we discovered multiple tires had picked up some nails and were struggling to hold air. I hated coming in close to closing time on a Friday but the team stuck it out and did a top notch job selling me 4 new tires, balancing, and installing them in no time. Highly recommend this branch and the team that staffs it.

I highly recommend this location for any of your minor servicing and repairs. Best part is the speed of service, especially when you have to stop in on a lunch break like I do! Then the customer service and knowledge of the workers is exceptional! I will be bringing my car in for all minor serving and repairs from here on out.

I'm trying to get out of town this morning and I just bought brand new tires at Mavis tire in Foley and I go up there at 7:45 and tell the manager and the guy that standing outside with the door open smoking cigarettes my situation he looks at his watch and tells me they don't open for 30 minutes very poor customer service after I bought these tires and needed some help I've never had anybody treat me like that there before!!!! The better response would have been,.... I'm sorry ma'am, give us a few minutes to get opened and we'll take care of you. Easy! Unbelievable
