Picked up a couple of salads at curbside. No chicken on the salads, as ordered. Called as soon as we arrived home. Was told that they would refund the charge. Could tell from the conversation that the waitress could care less. No refund was issued. It's been a while since we've eaten at a CPK... now I remember why we stopped coming here.

Was there with my husband Saturday afternoon and had a terrible time. Food tasted stale and looked unappetizing. The waitress Jaiden had a horribly snotty attitude and told us it was our fault for choosing the wrong thing! Asked for her to get the manager for us before we left and she refused! At that point we were so over it that we just went home extremely disappointed.

Gave us used butter and messed with us the entire time we were there. Did not greet for the longest time or even say hello, thank you or bye. We got no customer service or clean plates or any utensils. Had to get out of our seats many many times to get water, refills, and pay. For more details read my Yelp review. Awful experience all around and while reading their Yelp reviews I realize the entire staff needs to be replaced if they want to be around in the future. I feel sick to my stomach to have received someone else’s used butter during a pandemic especially.

I was so pleasantly surprised. There was a hand sanitizing machine standing when we first walked in. The patrons were seated at least 4 booths apart, the waiters wore full-cover face masks, the service was excellent and the food was delicious!
