Worst service ever. Be prepared to be ignored and the size of the donuts is getting progressively worse. Not worth it. Their front lobby is closed so you can only do drive thru. If you walk up be ready to be talked down to. Please close this location. I called the corporate—no respect whatsoever.

Drinks were all made incorrectly. Tried to have 2 remade right there. They said they redid them and handed them back. All tasted terrible. Called & lady on the phone said come back through and she'd fix them. Went back in and the man argued and refused to make them. If you would've done so correctly the first time, we wouldn't be here again!

I come nearly every morning for work and order the SAME exact thing. It is NEVER made the same and half the time is made incorrectly and then they blame you. Staff is rude and clearly hate their job. It’s literally an issue every time I come. Today I placed my order , got my food and drink and who I assume is the manager comes back to take my drink (I assumed I was given the wrong one-wouldn’t be out of the norm) and tell me I only ordered food. Turns out they did ring up my drink (I wasn’t paying attention to the price) but they did not charge me for it somehow? and he acted like it was MY fault lol I’m so over coming here. I Will not be back.

I had a really bad experience! The staff is ignorant and rude. I placed an order on the App for 2 plain bagels, sliced with plain cream cheese on the side. The bagels I received were Burnt Black, even though I did not choose "Toasted”. My wife discovered the problem when I got home, I went back to get the right stuff. Instead of making things right by fixing my order, the "Person in Charge" blamed me for placing the wrong order, even though I didn’t; obviously she was not familiar with the App. I went to their website and complained, I heard back from them on the same day, they told me the franchisee or a store representative will reach out to me and address the situation within 2 days; it has been over a month and I have not heard back from anyone.
