On June 20, 2022 I had an x-ray done. My doctors office is on the second floor of the same building and yet there hasn’t been an image sent. I asked if the results were in back in July and nothing was sent. I understand that there could be staffing issues or maybe there is no urgency. However, it’s now August 23rd. I received a bill but my X-ray image has not yet been sent to my doctors office?? I work in Healthcare. I work beside X-ray techs. And I was told that this place has a bad habit of not sending images. So this place already has a bad reputation. I am irritated at this place because I have been patient.

techs need better training, with the difference between stealth and non-stealth protocol . terrible place to have your scan done
