From the moment we stepped in the front door everyone was very nice and accommodating. The tech was very patient and efficient. The facility is clean and professional. We were registered and seen on time. This was a very good experience. Second time we have used this facility.

Took my mom here for a PET scan. The lady at the front desk is so rude and short. I was not allowed to wait for her in their waiting room. I asked to make sure my number was the one listed when she was done. The lady looked at me like I had two heads. I asked her how I was supposed to know when she was done if I could not wait there. I guess they just send the patient out but my mom can be unsteady especially after a long scan so I prefer to escort her just to make sure she does not fall. I was told the tech would tell me how long it would take when he came to get my mom. The tech said nothing to me at all just got my mom and walked through the door. I would rather go to the hospital for the future scans.
