They have lots of figures and statues. This is my bo to place for pretty much anything comic, sci-fi or gaming. If they don't have it chances are theycan either get it or send you in the right direction.

The store buys cards based on the cards online market value and buyout worth. I don't know exactly what % of a cards market value they offer, but I do believe they go off TCG player prices.

They used to over the summer. Almost everyone at the tournaments were in school so, as soon as school started people probably stoped coming to it as much. I used to go to them but when school started I stopped so I'm not sure exactly why them they stopped but I think that's why.
