Our home burned, we lost everything. They were out to our home to assess the damage within a few days. We had coverage for staying in a hotel until we could find rental housing. We were reimbursed within days of submitting our costs for the stay. They gave us recommendations of whom we could call if we wanted or we could contact people we knew to get quotes to see if it was fixable with our insurance coverage. They stayed in contact with us every few days and within a month our claim was settled. I can't say enough how much we appreciate our loss agent, Roy Hughes out of the Waynesboro, TN claims office for taking care of our claim so efficiently. I highly recommend Farm Bureau Insurance for your Homeowners Insurance, we are very pleased and proud to have had them as our company. We will use them when we get a new home, if they will have us again. J and C Thompson Collinwood, TN
