Rented a lane today for the first time in quite a long time. This used to be a decent, if pricey, range. It's very expensive still but it is terrible. I left with time still on the clock and ammo still in the box, and that's after the target system malfunctioning. This range is only for tourists who can't shoot in their homeland, and today was the only time I haven't felt safe at a range after decades of indoor shooting across the country. I've paid top dollar for several firearms from the Armory, but will not darken their door again. Maybe I'll try the Franklin location but never again the original. Very disappointing.

Over the past 2 years I have spent In excess of 2000. On ammunition and gun purchases. This doesn't include the cost of using the range. Last week i purchased rear sling mount and was told by the employee it would fit. Well it didnt. Today i brought it back as a return and was told due to it being opened i could not. It was only a 35.00 purchase but it's the principle. I'm a regular customer. How was i to try and use it if i didnt open it. The employee said it would fit. The product was not damaged in any way just opened. The return policy posted states no returns on guns ammunition ect.. not on the product I purchased. I will no longer be using your gun range , nor purchasing anything else. There are multiple other places in Nashville to utilize. You have lost a loyal customer. I work downtown and have sent many customers your way. I will no longer be doing so.

Nice guys. Easy to work with when you arrive. I rented an hour time slot for my dad and I and they gave us some extra time at the end cause they saw the timer at the end pop up and we just switched to finish up with pistols. They prob gave us extra time cause we were experienced shooters and didn’t make dumb shots (you can’t shoot too high to mess up the equipment) and a lot of the other people around were pretty inaccurate and kept shooting too high. So long story short it seemed they rewarded us for being normal safe shooters. We are by no means pro or anything lol, we just know gun safety. Highly recommend!

Your best bet is always to call on the phone the same day you plan to go. Nowadays the shortage seems to be easing up and they generally have ammo stocked.

Yes but only for a firearm you bring to the range. We do not allow steel core or steel cased rifle ammunition. If you rent our firearms, you will have to use our ammunition.
