Jason, @Publix Pharmacist stopped an allergic reaction and may have saved my life! I was prescribed a generic medicine that was on my list of allergies (brand). While at the Drs office, he called me and immediately asked them to change the script.

Super helpful, timely and attentive. I've been using this pharmacy for years and they always have been. Very friendly and extremely customer focused, they've never given me a reason to want to switch. It'll be a shame when I move and have to find another pharmacy that goes so above and beyond!

Hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacists are always extremely kind and helpful, as well as the pharmacy technician. They have all gone above and beyond to help me when I've needed my medication, and whenever I've had any issues. I cannot stress enough how much they go out of their way to help in ways that other pharmacies I've used would never even consider. As some of the other reviews don't seem to realize, they have new interns who change every few weeks and are still in school. They can sometimes lack the knowledge of the permanent staff, so if you have an issue, make sure you talk to the pharmacist or the tech, and they will do everything humanly possible to help you. If you're looking for a pharmacy, I would urge you to give this Publix pharmacy a try. You won't regret it!

My family and I have been regular customers at this publix pharmacy for 6 years. Went in to get my refills and there was a newer guy there, tall dark brown short hair. After waiting for 15 mins to be helped when he looked me up in the system, he told me my prescription isn't refilled until the 13th. I informed him that it was refilled on the 8th of every month and even showed him a picture of my prescription bottle. And the response I get was well there's not much I can tell you, my system shows the 13th. Sorry. If I get a chance today, I'll refill it. I switched pharmacies today and I wouldn't recommend this publix pharmacy due to this guy. Completely unacceptable.
