2.1 rating it really shows!!!!!! This is the most unorganized unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. We offered to pay our lease term in full and the manager flat out called my husband and I a liar that we could not pay or nor could he trust us .. ...after offering to pay upfront . Would not ever trust this company nor recommend . .

Massive brown recluse infestation in all the apartments. I have lived in building D and building K and I can catch them almost daily if I put out new traps. I currently have 7 traps in my bedroom with 1 on each trap. Plans to move out of here soon, sick of waiting for ownership to resolve the 2 years ongoing issue.

Creekside is a tax credit property. Meaning they have income restrictions. One bedrooms tend to go fast. Application process time varies on applicant. I would recommend to talk to the property manager in the office during normal business hours
If you make too much you can not rent an apartment there, family of 4 cannot make more than like $34,000 a year. Tried to rent but husband and I together make too much. I am not sure why?
