So tonight was my sister’s graduation. my family and I went out to eat tonight to celebrate her. Out of 12 of us waiting at least 2 hours for our food, 8 of us received raw food. I don’t know if the cooks don’t know how to do their job or what’s going on but it seems like if you know there is going to be graduations in the month of May, you should know how to schedule and know how to do your job. My aunt didn’t even receive the mushrooms she ordered for her omelet. I had raw French toast. My sister and her girlfriend received the wrong burgers about 2-4 times. The graduate sister received cold pancakes. My dad and the rest of the party received salty fries that had felt like I bit into a box of salt. I hope to have a better experience next time I go. I understand cause I am part of customer service at another popular fast food chain so I completely understand! The night manager Sydney did a wonderful job. It is not her fault that she is taking all the blame. The cooks should know how to cook if they are the ones cooking. The other guy also yelled at her about a shake machine not working like it was supposed to be her fault. Anywho, I hope that issue gets resolved or to talk to a corporate manager of some kind. Worst experience hands down. Food came out and we ordered the dinner for 2. The chicken fried steak was slimy and not edible along with the mashed potatoes and fries. Told server she then went and got the on duty manager. I have never been treated so poorly by a Manger in my life other than this lady. Basically according to her it would be our fault for the terrible food. We asked for a replacement and was told we can't do that I would have to charge you for your current selection plus an additional selection. Manager keep in mind is in a none dennys shirt and jeans very unprofessional. I requested the meal be taken off and I will pay the appetizer and kids meal. What a joke may or may not be back

I don't know why I keep giving this place more chances. The service is always so slow regardless of how busy or empty it is. On this particular visit while we were in the midst of our extremely long wait we were treated to a show. We suddenly heard a lot of yelling and saw a group of employees having a verbal argument with all kinds of swearing. It went on for a bit before a manager came out and told 2 of the girls to go home. As one was walking out the door swearing she told the other to meet her in the parking lot. It's no wonder that with hiring such high caliber people that the service sucks. Our food was definitely not worth the wait. Burned hash browns, undercooked bacon and scrambled eggs that were more omelet than scrambled. Needless to say I highly recommend to NOT go here. Maybe if people stop going they'll realize they have a lot of things that need fixing.

Ordered to go because we had five kids at this time and I wanted the cinnamon roll pancakes. When they got delivered and I opened my order they looked like the picture. There was much food the sausage was like they put it in the microwave and the pancakes were NOTHING like the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were regular pancakes with a tiny bit of cinnamon sugar and a swirl of icing. I’ve had them many times from Denny’s and that isn’t even close to how they come. The only reason I put two stars instead of one was because the actual delivery experience was good.

Not likely. I would call that location directly just to make sure though.
Denny’s restaurants are open 365 days a year. Contact the Denny’s location to confirm their hours.
Wow. Not at this one...in my experience the pancakes fill the plate. Maybe a new cook?
